Westfalenhalle, Dortmund

To ensure the standing of Dortmund as a trade fair venue, and to allow for new trade fairs, the new Westfalenhalle 3B was built, with a usable area of 10,600 m². On the south side, an additional glass-fronted office tract was added for the previously distributed office areas of the company group. The challenge was the lower-sided insulation of ceilings at a height of 6 m in the raised area underneath the hall.
