Multipor Product training 2018, Dobrich
Strengthening the competencies for a professional consultancy on site. An inspiring and helpful event for everybody at place!
On 12th and 13th June, 2018 the first of a new series of internal Multipor product trainings took place at our plant site in Dobrich. Nine enthusiastic Demonstrators and Product Managers from Romania, Bulgaria and Czech Republic have made their way to gain more experience in processing of our Multipor products and system solutions for the professional consultancy on site.
The event has been initialized by Roland Hargitai, Business Developer Multipor, who guided the training together with the technical assistance of Detlef Werneke, International Product Manager, and Stefan Paulus as demonstrator from Germany.
The program started with a factory tour guided by Mr. Ovcharov, CTO Xella Bulgaria, for everybody, before the motivated participants got directly to work.
Mixing mortar, cutting boards, insulating external and internal walls and ceilings, processing of reinforcement mesh and plastering of the façade - the participants gained comprehensive practical and theoretical knowledge for the application of Multipor insulation boards and systems.
The second day began with the opening of the façade and a short work review. Has the material been processed correctly, is the reinforcement mesh in the first third of the top layer, did the mortar have the suitable consistence, have the right profiles and accessories being used and in which application field are they indispensable in order to prevent expensive complaints in the future? Questions that directly have been answered by Stefan Paulus and Detlef Werneke.
Summing up the two event days we have been very satisfied with the engagement of all attendees and at the same time very proud about having even more professional employees within our country divisions, now.
Also the feedback of the participants was entirely positive. Particularly the assistance for the correct usage of profiles and dowels has been very helpful to them and will proof as useful for a competent consultancy on site.
It was just the first seminar for the Eastern Europe region. An additional training is already being planned for colleagues coming from the region of Alpe Adria in August, 2018.
We are looking forward to another two successful training days.
